1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the apk88 Platform — including browsing the website, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotion — you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You have read and accept the apk88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You acknowledge that online betting carries inherent financial risk and that no outcome is guaranteed.

These Terms supersede all prior representations, whether oral or written, between you and apk88. apk88 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on apk88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. apk88 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. We employ age verification procedures and reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
2. Residency: The Platform is operated primarily for Indonesian residents. You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
3. Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
4. Single account: You may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited.
5. Self-exclusion status: You must not be currently subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on this Platform or on any linked responsible gaming register.

4 Account Registration

When registering an Account on apk88, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The following conditions govern the Account registration process:

4.1 — Information Accuracy

You must register using your real legal name, valid date of birth, active email address, and Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details that belong exclusively to you. Providing false, misleading, or borrowed information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 — One Account Per Person

Each individual, household, IP address, device, and payment method may be associated with only one apk88 Account. If duplicate Accounts are identified, apk88 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated Accounts and void any related bets or promotions.

4.3 — Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. apk88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access.

4.4 — Account Closure by Member

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method after KYC checks are completed. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

apk88 applies a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal and may be requested at any time for compliance purposes.

5.1 — Documents Required

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), valid passport, or Indonesian driver's licence (SIM).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document showing your name and Indonesian residential address, issued within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (e.g., BCA m-Banking account screen, OVO profile screenshot).

5.2 — Verification Timeline

apk88 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documents during WIB business hours. Complex cases or documents requiring additional review may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawals will be held pending successful completion of KYC.

6 Deposits

apk88 supports a range of Indonesian local payment methods for fast and secure deposits. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and credited to your Account Balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the channel used.

6.1 — Accepted Deposit Methods

• Bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja
• Virtual Account (VA) channels where available

6.2 — Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000. Maximum single deposit: Rp 50.000.000. Higher limits may be available for verified VIP Members upon written request to our support team. apk88 reserves the right to amend deposit limits with prior notice.

6.3 — Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• apk88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to an Account within 24 hours will be returned to the originating account.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification and balance conditions. apk88 is committed to fast, transparent withdrawal processing for all verified Members.

7.1 — Processing Times

• Standard (bank transfer): 15 minutes to 1 hour during WIB operational hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, 7 days a week).
• E-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay): Typically under 15 minutes during operational hours.
• Outside operational hours: Requests submitted after 22:00 WIB will be queued and processed from 08:00 WIB the following morning.

7.2 — Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Maximum daily withdrawal: Rp 100.000.000 for standard Members. VIP Members may be eligible for higher daily limits; contact support for details.

7.3 — Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• All active Bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled or the Bonus must be forfeited before a withdrawal from a Bonus-active Account will be approved.
• apk88 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending investigation.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the originating deposit method. apk88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

apk88 periodically offers promotional bonuses, free bet credits, cashback rewards, and seasonal incentives. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.

8.1 — General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available only to registered, verified Members aged 21 or over.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Member, household, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been met in full.
• apk88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Active wagering requirements in progress at the time of cancellation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

8.2 — Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms, a standard wagering requirement of 10× the Bonus amount applies before Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagers placed on certain low-margin markets (e.g., Asian handicap odds below 1.50, or Roulette/Baccarat in the live casino) may contribute at a reduced rate — typically 20% to 50% — towards wagering requirements. 8.3 — Bonus Abuse

apk88 employs automated and manual review systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk matched betting across multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of free bet offers, or collusion between players. Where abuse is detected, apk88 reserves the right to void all related wagers, cancel all Bonus Funds, and permanently close the Account without notice.

9 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the apk88 Platform are subject to the following general betting rules. Specific rules for individual markets (e.g., mix parlay accumulators, Asian handicap, togel draw markets) are published within the relevant game or betting category and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed with a unique bet reference number displayed on-screen and sent to your registered email address.
• Odds changes: apk88 reserves the right to change odds at any time prior to bet acceptance. Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided at our discretion.
• Void bets: In the event of a match abandonment, a void market, or a clear pricing error, the stake will be returned in full to your Account Balance.
• Maximum payout: A single bet or parlay payout is capped at Rp 500.000.000 per settlement unless separately agreed in writing for VIP Members.
• Live betting: All in-play bets are subject to a brief delay for odds recalculation. In-play bets accepted during a delay are binding at the odds displayed at the moment of final confirmation.
• Mix parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets may include a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 12 selections. All legs must win for the bet to pay out, unless a leg is voided, in which case the bet is recalculated without that selection.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the apk88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or borrowed identity documents during registration or KYC.
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or anonymising software to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Using automated betting bots, scripts, AI-assisted wagering software, or any other mechanical means to place bets.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate match outcomes, game results, or exploit promotional structures.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Platform's software, infrastructure, or random number generation systems.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts, whether directly or through associates.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing an apk88 Account or Account credentials.

11 Responsible Gaming

apk88 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling. We provide a suite of tools designed to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your Account settings.
• Session time limits: Configure automatic session reminders or hard cut-offs to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Cool-off periods: Request a temporary suspension of your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apk88 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruptions, downtime, or technical failures of the Platform beyond our reasonable control, including server outages, third-party payment gateway failures, or telecommunications disruptions.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by Indonesian bank processing windows, e-wallet provider maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Decisions made by the Member based on odds, statistics, or data displayed on the Platform, which are provided for informational purposes only.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

Our total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the value of the funds held in your Account Balance at the time the claim arose.

13 Privacy & Data

Your use of the apk88 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

14 Governing Law

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Where negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory local laws that cannot be excluded by contract.

15 Amendments to These Terms

apk88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• Notify registered Members via email to their registered address at least 7 days before changes take effect, where practicable.
• Display a prominent notice on the Platform homepage for a period of no less than 7 days following any material update.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
